RIDER REQUIREMENTS

PURCHASER WILL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING AT NO EXPENSE TO THE ARTIST:

TRANSPORTATION 

Transportation for four (4) people to be provided upon arrival to transport musicians and equipment from airport to hotel, from hotel to sound check and return to hotel, and return to place of performance, to hotel at end of performance, and from hotel to airport for group's departure. Travel will be booked through ARTIST'S travel agent. In the event there is no one at the airport within thirty (30) minutes of ARTIST’S arrival, ARTIST will rent necessary vehicles for transportation to hotel and place of performance at PURCHASER'S SOLE COST AND EXPENSE.

In such instance, PURCHASER agrees to pay $200.00 for ARTIST’S inconvenience in addition to the contract price. Amount shall be PAID IN CASH prior to the performance, otherwise ARTIST shall not be required to perform and the full amount of the contract shall be due to ARTIST.

HOTEL

When PURCHASER is providing hotel rooms, ARTIST requires three single rooms in a five (5) or four (4) star hotel. Accommodations are to be made available to ARTIST one (1) day prior and one (1) day after engagement.

SOUND CHECK

The Richard Payne Trio shall be guaranteed a thirty (30) minute sound check. This does not include set-up or break-down time. At 4:00 p.m. on the day of the performance (or at a time indicated by The Richard Payne Trio manager), all persons connected with the presentation of the concert should be present. All lighting, electrical, sound and stage equipment should be operational. Ticket holders will not be allowed in the auditorium or place of performance until completion of sound check.

OUTDOOR PERFORMANCES

PURCHASER must provide suitable roof over the stage sufficient to protect against inclement weather and must further provide for adequate ground for all instruments and electrical equipment.

DRESSING ROOM

PURCHASER will provide one clean, secure and private dressing room that will accommodate three persons comfortably. Room should have one full length mirror. In the dressing room, PURCHASER will provide fresh fruit, hot tea, bottled juice, water and soft drinks.

COMPLIMENTARY TICKETS

Ten (10) to each performance.
